This on-site role will involve helping clients buy, sell, or lease real estate properties while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include managing property listings, conducting market research, arranging property viewings and open houses, negotiating deals, and supporting clients throughout the transaction process. The role also requires regularly networking with clients and maintaining knowledge of local market trends.QualificationsMust possess an active Real Estate LicenseStrong skills in Real Estate transactions and understanding of Real Property managementProven experience in Sales and Customer ServiceExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex real estate market is a plusProficiency in using real estate software or CRM tools is preferred
