The role involves performing various carpentry tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, and using hand and power tools to complete custom construction projects. The carpenter will collaborate with team members to execute designs to specification, maintain safety standards, and ensure high-quality results. Additional responsibilities include reading and interpreting construction plans, maintaining tools and equipment, and jumping wherever needed to tackle the tasks in front of us.QualificationsProficiency in carpentry, including framing and finish carpentryExperience using hand tools and power toolsAbility to read and interpret construction blueprints and plansStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPhysical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials safelyGood communication and teamwork capabilitiesExperience in construction safety practices is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry is a plus
