Machine Operator Position In Hayward, CaSpectra360 has a temp-to-hire opportunity to work as a machine operator for one of our trusted clients. This is an incredible opportunity to grow with an established company.Immediate openings, apply today!Pay: $25.50 Shift: 7:00 Am 4:00 Pm Work Schedule: Monday FridayMachine Operator Responsibilities:Operate production and packaging machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.Set up equipment, perform changeovers, and adjust machine settings to meet product specifications.Monitor equipment performance to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.Conduct routine inspections to identify mechanical issues, reporting concerns to maintenance as needed.Follow all good manufacturing practices (gmps), food safety standards, and sanitation requirements.Accurately complete production documentation, including batch records and downtime logs.Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and preventive maintenance of equipment.Requirements:Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry requiredCandidate should be willing to commute to Fairfield for trainingClear written and verbal communication skillsBackground check and drug screen prior to start date.Spectra360 is the fastest-growing light industrial and transportation recruitment company working in California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, and Oregon.
