🚀 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable test automation frameworks for RF/RFID system validationBuild Python-based interfaces to control and communicate with RFID readersIntegrate RF test equipment into automated test environmentsDevelop and execute performance and system-level test scripts, including logging and post-test analysisCreate and maintain data pipelines for large-scale test dataManage test result storage using relational databasesTroubleshoot complex issues across hardware and softwareCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system quality and reliability🧠 What We’re Looking For - Experience with RFID is highly preferredRF / RFID System TestingProficiency with signal generators, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers (VNAs) and oscilloscopesExperience with RF measurement techniques, such as signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), sensitivity analysis, RF power and emission analysis, interference detection and spectrum analysisExperience with System Testing for Wi-Fi, LTE, RFID or other is a plusAutomation & SystemsExperience with Docker and virtual machinesExperience with remote access tools, like SSH or TelnetExperience with log analysis and troubleshooting skills in complex environmentsSoftware DevelopmentProficiency in Python for development of test suites and automation scriptsExperience with Linux tools, bash scripting, process management, and system diagnosticsExperience with embedded systems and hardware-software integrationKnowledge on TDD, CI/CD, and deployment practicesFamiliarity with REST APIsVersion ControlProficiency with Git command-line operationsExperience with code reviews, PRs, and branching strategiesKnowledge on trunk-based development, monorepo structures, and multi-distribution paradigmsFamiliarity with software packaging tools, like pip, npm or cargo
