Customer Service Representative

Koch - - Responsibilities: Process standard sample requests, support New Product Introduction (NPI), and follow up on manual invoices and customer master creation; Manage all types of sales orders accurately, including order confirmation, demand changes, and supply schedule updates; Review backlog orders and coordinate with plants to ensure backlog clearance; Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics to manage delivery, including special labeling and Certificates of Conformance (COC); Oversee VMI hub management by replenishing inventory to prevent stockouts, managing aging inventory, and escalating issues to supervisors when needed
