Warehouse Manager

Drexel Interiors is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday.Drexel Interiors is a family-owned and operated company with nearly 50 years of experience. We are committed to quality, teamwork, and dependable service, and we are looking for a leader who can help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently.The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for receiving and shipping materials according to company direction, managing workforce needs as required, and handling general warehouse maintenance and follow-up with the landlord regarding facility maintenance. This position requires someone who can work independently, take ownership of daily operations, and maintain a well-organized warehouse environment.ResponsibilitiesReceive and ship materials according to company direction.Oversee daily warehouse operations and support workforce needs as required.Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.Handle general warehouse maintenance and follow up with landlord regarding maintenance issues as needed.Track materials and support inventory accuracy.Coordinate warehouse activities to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.Work independently with minimal supervision.Support additional warehouse needs as assigned.QualificationsWarehouse leadership experience is required.Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.Experience in flooring or cabinets is preferred, but not required.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.Work ScheduleFull-timeOn-siteMonday through FridayAbout The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader who is dependable, proactive, and able to keep operations running efficiently.
