Senior Consulting Leader – Drive Growth & Lead Teams | Pacific Northwest (Portland / Seattle).We are partnering with a growing management consulting firm to appoint a Director / Senior Director into their Pacific Northwest practice.This is a senior leadership opportunity to join an established region and play a key role in driving client growth, leading delivery, and developing high-performing teams.The role:This position sits across both commercial and delivery leadership, with responsibility for growing client accounts while overseeing complex consulting engagements.You will:Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of client accounts, identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen relationshipsLead business development activity, including shaping proposals and developing new opportunitiesOversee the delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring quality and strong client outcomesBuild and maintain senior client relationships through effective stakeholder engagementLead and develop teams of consultants, supporting performance, coaching, and career developmentContribute to the growth of the practice through thought leadership, market engagement, and internal initiativesThis is a broad role with accountability across clients, people, and growth, rather than a purely sales or delivery-focused position.What we're looking for:10+ years' experience in management consulting, with a strong mix of sales and delivery experienceProven track record of developing client relationships and driving revenue growthExperience leading consulting engagements and working with senior stakeholdersStrong experience in scoping work, writing proposals, and presenting to clientsDemonstrated ability to lead and develop teamsExperience within one or more of: retail, consumer, or technologyThe opportunity:You will be joining a firm that works across strategy, technology, and organisational transformation, supporting clients from defining change through to delivering and embedding it.The Pacific Northwest is a well-established market with strong client relationships, but with continued growth ahead — offering the opportunity to shape and scale the practice.
