FP&A Analyst Location: Remote (Must reside in FL, GA, NC, or SC) Salary: $80,000–$100,000 | Full-time

The FP&A Analyst will report directly to the VP of Finance.
Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst:
The FP&A Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes across multiple healthcare entities
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for leadership
Analyze operational and financial performance trends to identify risks and opportunities
Partner cross-functionally with operations and accounting teams to support accurate financial reporting and business insights
Assist with board, lender, and private equity reporting requirements
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and operational decision-making
The FP&A Analyst will support month-end close analysis and ensure accuracy of financial data
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and financial visibility
Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
Qualifications for the FP&A Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required) 2+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience within private equity-backed and/or healthcare organizations (required)
Experience supporting multi-entity organizations strongly preferred
Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Advanced Excel skills required; experience with ERP and financial reporting systems preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Must be based in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina
