This onsite role serves as a key HR contact for both hourly employees and leadership, providing day-to-day HR support across onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and workforce coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, approachable, and comfortable working directly within a production environment to support both employees and operational needs.Job Duties: Coordinate and execute new hire onboarding, including orientation and paperwork completionSupport full-cycle recruiting for general labor and production positionsServe as a primary HR contact for employee questions and concernsAssist with employee relations including coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminationsPartner with supervisors and leadership to support staffing and workforce needsMaintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with company policiesAssist with training coordination and documentation trackingGenerate HR reports related to attendance, headcount, and workforce metricsSupport additional HR projects and administrative tasks as neededQualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English required1–3+ years of HR experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing or high-volume environmentsExperience supporting hourly employee populations strongly preferredStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Comfortable working onsite in a production-based setting with flexibility for early shift supportWhy This Role?
