Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and service to all electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, thermal/mechanical systems and equipment used in amorphous metal production.
Essential Job Functions:

Maintains clean & safe work areas and follows all safety procedures.
Complies with all pollution, toxic waste, and safety regulations and laws.
Provides support, preventive maintenance, and service to all electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and thermal/mechanical systems and equipment used in amorphous metal production.
Repairs and maintains electrical, electronic, and various electrical power systems, including digital and analog circuitry, inverters, alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) drive systems, PLC systems, lasers, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power distribution systems.
Repairs and maintains various mechanical systems, including cranes, balers, casting, winding, & packaging machines.
Maintains troubleshooting guides and assists with failure analysis.
Assist with writing work instructions and procedures.
Utilizes CMMS System to schedule work and complete predictive and proactive maintenance.
Operates welding, cutting, and burning equipment, as needed.
Serves as a member of the emergency response team.
This position is a rotating 12-hour swing shift (can include days, nights, overnights, weekends, holidays) and may/will change as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
