Epic Systems Implementation Analyst

Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of full-time experience in working with Epic EHR systems, including implementation, configuration, or support. Prior healthcare IT or clinical operations experience is preferred.Certifications: Epic certification in relevant modules (e.g., Ambulatory, Inpatient, Beaker, or Revenue Cycle) required within 6 months of hire. Certification in healthcare IT (e.g., HIT) is a plus.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic system configuration, data analysis, and reporting tools. Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages is a plus.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to assess workflows and translate requirements into system solutions.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and IT teams.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare workflows, and clinical operations.Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay current with Epic updates and industry trends.
