Job DescriptionBranch Operations ManagerLocation: Earth City, MOPosition Type: Full-Time, ExemptAbout the OpportunityThe Staff Pad is partnering with a growing, multi-location distribution organization to identify a Branch Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and develop high-performing teams. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on safety, inventory accuracy, cost control, and overall branch performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop branch operations staff across warehouse, logistics, and support functionsOversee daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and service excellenceManage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and returns processesDrive cost control initiatives and support budget managementImplement process improvements and operational best practicesEnsure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standardsPartner with leadership on strategic planning and performance optimizationRequirementsQualifications8-10+ years of operations or branch leadership experienceBackground in distribution, logistics, or inventory-driven environmentsStrong leadership, team development, and operational execution skillsExperience with warehouse operations, inventory management, and process improvementFamiliarity with ERP/WMS systems and operational reportingKnowledge of DOT, OSHA, or regulatory compliance is a plusWhat Success Looks LikeHigh inventory accuracy and strong cycle count complianceEfficient returns and logistics processesImproved cost management and operational performanceStrong team engagement and accountabilityAdditional DetailsTravel up to 50% may be requiredCombination of office and warehouse environment
