Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, handling inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing. Stay committed to success with a strong work ethic every day. What We're Looking For People-oriented, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and committed to delivering excellent customer service Ability to work effectively in a team environment Able to multi-task in a dynamic setting Key Expectations Comfortable making at least 100 outbound calls per day or engaging in 8+ Auto Conversations daily. Understand that we are risk managers focused on Auto, Home, and Life insurance in every conversation. Willingness to be coachable, learn continuously, and meet weekly activity goals based on effort, not just sales.
