For our client, we are seeking a Lead Analyst Workday to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a healthcare environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $101,600 – $152,400 annuallyResponsibilities Manage and optimize the Workday platform for HR processes Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements Configure Workday modules across HR functions such as payroll and benefits Lead testing activities and troubleshoot system issues Support integrations and ensure system stability via root cause analysis Leverage data reporting to monitor performance and identify improvements Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maximizing Workday's capabilitiesQualifications 5+ years of experience in HRIS or Workday administration Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance Proficient in Workday configuration and reporting Experience in data analysis and system performance monitoring Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsBenefits Remote work flexibility Opportunity for professional development Collaboration with cross-functional teams Access to the latest Workday tools and technologies Exposure to HR and IT best practicesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
