Program Manager - Software and Cloud Delivery

Overview In this role you will lead the planning, development, and sustainment of software products for a DoW client, enabling secure management of scientific and regulatory information. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across government stakeholders, engineers, cloud architects, cybersecurity, and SMEs to deliver mission-focused capabilities in military cloud environments. You’ll guide products through authorization, deployment, and operation, balancing schedule, cost, and risk. This position offers hands-on technical leadership in a high-security, hardware-constrained context with a strong focus on DevSecOps and cloud delivery.
