Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, craft high-quality beverages, and create a welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and consistency Operate POS systems such as Toast for order processing and payments Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations Assist with food preparation and food handling tasks as needed Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service Restock supplies and maintain organized workstations throughout shifts Support team members in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming café environment Skills Previous Barista experience or Coffee experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and food industry calculations Knowledge of food safety, food preparation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers confidently Join our team as a Barista and enjoy the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic café setting while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.
