Dates Needed March 27-30 April 10-13 May 8-11 July 3-6 September 18-21 November 20-23 December 4-7 Specialty: Urology Start Date: May 15th, 2026 Contract Length: Shift Details: Call Coverage Only Schedule: 7am Friday 7am Monday Work Details: Support staff: No extra support on the weekends, no clinic coverage needed Amount of coverage needed per month: Patients per day: 1-2 on Friday. Saturday and Sunday variable but usually 5-10 consults per day with occasional need for OR (stents/stones/clot evacuation, etc.) Patient population/age: 18+ Department description: Level 4 trauma EMR: Cerner Hospital bed size: Special procedures or skills required: All General Urology skills required Practice Setting: Hospital Requirements: Board Certification: required State license required: required, IMLC or qualify for the WV temp license DEA: required Certifications preferred: Certifications required: BLS, ACLS Minimum experience required: 2 years Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days Willing To License?: YES - if IMLC or qualify for the WV temp license
