Bilingual Production Supervisor-2nd Shift (5+ years manufacturing)

We are seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals are consistently met. The Production Supervisor will lead and develop a team of 20+ production employees, monitor performance, resolve production issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of Lean and Standard Work principles. Key Responsibilities Direct, coach, and develop a team of production employees to achieve performance goals Conduct daily shift meetings to review safety, quality, and production objectives Manage employee performance, provide regular feedback, and promote a culture of accountability and engagement Support onboarding and training programs for new employees to build capability and drive retention Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices to drive efficiency and reduce waste Support Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to improve processes Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Lead incident investigations and develop corrective/preventative measures Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance to align resources and priorities Prepare and present shift reports to management covering safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance Required Education, Experience, and Skills Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing with proven track record of leadership progression. MUST BE VERBALLY BILLIGUAL Direct people management experience (for both salaried and non-exempt employees) with demonstrated leadership skills of conflict resolution, coaching, active listening, and employee effectiveness. Experience with developing, implementing, and driving results through critical manufacturing metrics (including safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale). Strong communication and interpersonal skills Desired Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred OSHA safety training or Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus.
