Title: Desktop-Provisioning Support RepresentativeLocation: Lehi, UTJob Type: Contract (7 Months)Compensation: $18-23 per hourIndustry: Renewable EnergyAbout The RoleWe are seeking a Desktop Provisioning Support Representative to support a large, mission-driven organization in the renewable energy industry with corporate offices in Lehi, Utah. This role focuses on the end-to-end provisioning process for corporate employees, ensuring new hires are equipped with the technology they need to be successful from day one. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically curious, and comfortable supporting a diverse internal user base in a fast-paced environment.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include:Serve as the first point of contact for employee technical support via phone, chat, email, and remote toolsManage the provisioning lifecycle for new hire equipment, including preparation, imaging, packaging, shipping, and receipt of returned equipmentSupport ticketing workflows for equipment requests and provisioning activitiesDocument provisioning processes and accurately track all related activitiesCommunicate clearly and professionally with employees across all levels of the organizationDocument issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for escalation, audit, and review purposesFollow organizational security practices to protect company systems, hardware, and dataQualificationsRequiredHands-on experience providing desktop or hardware support in a corporate environmentIntermediate knowledge of Windows operating systemsStrong understanding of basic troubleshooting fundamentalsExcellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processesComfort supporting users through multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and remote supportPreferredExperience with device imaging or mobile device supportIntermediate knowledge of Chrome OS and/or macOSBasic experience supporting Google Workspace (G Suite) in a corporate environmentCompTIA A+ or similar technical certificationBenefitsDahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
