Construction Defect AttorneyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Construction Defect Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will represent clients in matters related to construction defect claims, providing expert legal advice and advocacy throughout the litigation process. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate complex construction law issues and achieve favorable outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in construction defect litigation and negotiate settlements.Analyze construction contracts and relevant documentation to identify defects and liability issues.Provide legal advice to clients regarding construction law and defect claims.Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes in litigation cases.Work collaboratively with experts and other attorneys to develop case strategies.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and case law pertaining to construction defects.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction.Minimum of 4+ years of experience in construction law and litigation.Proven track record of handling construction defect claims.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.BenefitsCompetitive base salaryHybridDiscretionary year-end bonusHealth InsuranceDental Insurance401(k)Unlimited personal and vacation days
