Follow and enable a culture where Specialty Appliance Core Values come to life. Safely, accurately, and timely receive, inspect, verify, rotate stock, pull, and stage all material. Safely operate a forklift (order picker, squeeze clamp, basaloid, forklift) to move materials. Safely operate a pallet jack and hand truck to move materials. Safely move material by hand. Unload and load semi-trailers and box trucks. Use technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders. Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free. Keep up with all training requirements via online technology Associate will be working as part of a small team but should be able to work independently Qualifications and Education Requirements Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education Prior warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is required. Basic English communication skills required to follow instructions, complete tasks, and maintain workplace safety Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals Mechanical skills and willingness to learn Must be able to lift 75-pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally Specialty Appliance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
