Print Graphic Designer

Job Description Key Responsibilities:Design and develop creative assets for live events under tight timelines, including signage, large-format graphics, and branded environments. Graphic design skill set is required.Prepare print-ready files, ensuring proper setup for scale, bleed, resolution, and material specifications.Translate client provided brand guidelines into cohesive, event-specific visual concepts.Build and update design boards (DBs) and mockups for internal and client review.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlinesIncorporate feedback efficiently and maintain version control across evolving deliverables.Qualifications:3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in events, is mandatory.Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, and large-format/print work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Understanding of print production processes and file preparation for large-scale graphics.3D design/rendering experience is a plus, including the ability to create mockups and realistic renderings for event environments, including familiarity with tools such as SketchUp and/or Autodesk.What You Bring:A solutions-oriented mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.A collaborative approach and willingness to take direction while contributing creative ideas.Company DescriptionZAK Events is a leading event design and planning company known for creating memorable experiences for our clients.
