You will lead SQL Server database migration, validation, performance, and stabilization for business-critical applications.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and migrate SQL Server databases and dependenciesDesign target database architecture and migration strategiesExecute backup/restore, replication, validation, reconciliation, cutover, and rollbackDevelop T-SQL/SQL scripts and automationImprove database performance, reliability, monitoring, and recoveryCollaborate with application, infrastructure, QA, security, and operations teamsTrack delivery and changes using Jira and ServiceNowRequirements8+ years in database engineering, architecture, or migrationExpert-level SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, and query tuningExperience with data center/infrastructure database migrationsStrong knowledge of data validation, backup/recovery, performance tuning, and production supportExperience with Jira and ServiceNowNice to Have: Fintech/payments/banking experience, VMware, Windows Server, Splunk, Dynatrace, or Moogsoft.
