Finance Analyst Manager
Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Finance Analyst Manager to join their team. As a Finance Analyst Manager, you will be part of the Corporate FP&A department supporting senior management and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial insights effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title:Finance Analyst ManagerLocation: San Jose, CaliforniaPay Range: MarketWhat's the Job?Use and coordinate multiple sources of data to generate forecasts of the company's financial performance for senior management and the Board of Directors. Support the broader FP&A team by preparing executive summaries, analyzing plan and trend variances, and providing insights to drive strategic decision-making. Build and implement standardized reporting dashboards using Power BI to enhance financial visibility and operational efficiency. Navigate information system applications such as SAC-P, Snowflake, and SAP to collect actual and forecast data accurately. Lead, coordinate, and track system transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function. What's Needed?Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in finance, with a strong analytical background and attention to detail. Proficiency in reporting and dashboarding capabilities, especially with Power BI. Experience with financial systems such as SAC-P, Snowflake, and SAP. Excellent project management skills and ability to perform ad hoc financial modeling based on leadership requests.
