ResponsibilitiesGeneral Office ManagementReview Certified Payrolls for subcontractorsAssist with trade/craft payroll processingAssist with monthly pay application (Invoice to Owner, Subcontractor Payments, Waiver Tracking)Review Purchase Orders and InvoicesCreate, update, and maintain reportsDocument Control (Scanning/Uploading documents)Assist with minor purchasing (process invoices, cost comparisons)Insurance Certificate TrackingEquipment TrackingJob site Equipment and Inventory ControlAnswering phonesMaintain and order office suppliesOther duties as assignedQualifications1-3 years of administration/accounting experience; experience working on large scale construction project in similar role a plusBachelors from accredited undergraduate institution, preferredDemonstrated experience in billing, document control, and purchasingCommitment to maintaining data accuracy and timeliness in processing and delivery.
