If you enjoy working with design files, staying organized, and supporting creative projects behind the scenes, we'd love to connect.You'll work with established brand designs and templates while learning directly from an experienced Director of Advertising and collaborative creative team.What You'll DoLearn how to prepare design files for print using industry-standard toolsAssist with basic image editing and file setupCreate PDFs for printing and client reviewHelp organize and maintain digital image and asset librariesSupport the team by managing files, versions, and project organizationLearn professional production workflows, timelines, and best practicesBuild technical design skills while gaining exposure to marketing and advertising projects What You'll Need to Succeed Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop) - training providedStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsInterest in graphic design, marketing, or advertisingWillingness to learn new tools, software, and processesAbility to follow instructions and project guidelines carefullyGood communication skills and a positive, professional attitudeAbility to collaborate well within a team environment Bonus Points If You Have Internship or coursework experience in graphic design or marketingExposure to digital photography or visual content creationBasic knowledge of Microsoft ExcelIntroductory understanding of image usage rights or copyrightExperience organizing or managing digital filesThis role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow their skills, learn from experienced creatives, and build a strong foundation in marketing and production design.
