The Appointment Setter will make outbound calls, send follow-up emails, and use messaging tools to contact prospective and existing clients, with the goal of booking qualified meetings for the sales and account teams. Daily responsibilities include managing call lists, qualifying leads based on predefined criteria, updating the CRM with accurate notes, and confirming appointment details. The role also involves coordinating schedules, rescheduling when necessary, and ensuring all parties have the information needed before each meeting. The Appointment Setter will collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize outreach messaging, share feedback from prospects, and support a consistent, professional brand experience.Qualifications Strong appointment-focused skills, including Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling.Proficiency in Lead Generation, with the ability to qualify prospects and identify opportunities.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with prospects and internal teams.Customer Service skills that support a positive, professional, and solution-oriented prospect experience.Ability to work on-site in Ashland, OH, and maintain a consistent full-time schedule.Comfort using CRM systems and basic productivity tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets).Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume outreach.Prior experience in sales support, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred but not required.
