Program Manager (San Antonio)

I'm currently partnering with a growing aerospace manufacturer in San Antonio that's looking to bring on multiple Program Managers (PM I / II / III) to support a strong pipeline of new and existing programs.These roles are heavily focused on execution, customer interaction, and cross-functional leadership—ideal for someone who enjoys being in the middle of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.What you'll be doing:Own program execution across cost, schedule, and technical performanceLead daily stand-ups and drive alignment across internal teamsBuild and maintain customer relationships (government + commercial programs)Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, and deliverables (CDRLs)Monitor performance using EVM and communicate status in PMRsIdentify risks early and drive mitigation across stakeholdersSupport supplier/subcontractor coordination as neededWhat they're looking for:Experience in program/project management within aerospace or manufacturingStrong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionallyFamiliarity with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or similarExposure to EVM, scheduling, and customer-facing programsPMP is a plusLevels:PM I: Early career / growth role (1–3 years experience)PM II: Mid-level (3–5+ years, independent program ownership)PM III: Senior-level (complex programs, leadership/mentorship responsibilities)Location: San Antonio, TX (onsite)Full-time + benefitsSome travel depending on program needs
