Automotive Support Specialist

Our client, an industry leader in automotive support services, is seeking a Support Specialist to join their team. As a Support Specialist, you will be part of the Parts and Technical Support department supporting customer service and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Support Specialist (Call Center) Location: Agoura Hills, CA Pay Range: $20 Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm CST, Monday through Friday Requirements: Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to car lifts, tire changers, and wheel balancers Diagnose product problems based on customer inquiries and provide effective solutions Enter and track customer service tickets using Freshdesk or similar systems Coordinate with internal teams to expedite parts orders and resolve shipping or fulfillment issues Support training of team members on product diagnostics and company knowledge resources What's Needed? At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or related fields Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel Strong data entry skills with the ability to type 45-60 WPM accurately Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Experience with ERP systems and customer service ticketing platforms What's in it for me?
