Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with substance use disorder experience to join our multidisciplinary leadership team in an outpatient treatment program.Under the direction of the CEO, Program Director, and Director of Operations, the Clinical Program Supervisor provides clinical leadership, program oversight, and supervision to ensure high-quality, compliant, and client-centered services.This role is ideal for a clinical leader with experience in outpatient addiction treatment and Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP) who is passionate about improving care delivery and leading teams.ResponsibilitiesClinical LeadershipProvide oversight for clinical programming in an outpatient treatment settingMonitor quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of servicesOversee interdisciplinary treatment planning and service coordinationDevelop and enhance treatment programmingStaff SupervisionProvide clinical and administrative supervision to staff consisting of CASAC's , Social Workers, and Mental Health CounselorsHire, train, mentor, and evaluate team membersAddress performance concerns and support professional developmentCompliance & Program OperationsEnsure compliance with documentation, regulatory, and ethical standardsMaintain adherence to HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and applicable federal and state regulationsAssist with policy development and program implementationMaintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environmentQualificationsRequiredLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in addiction or mental health treatmentOutpatient substance use treatment experienceStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesPreferredCASAC certificationCompletion ofOASAS Clinical Supervision Foundations I & II(Must complete within one year of hire if not already completed)Job DetailsJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In-personBenefits401(k)Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offEmployee Assistance Program
