We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Program Manager with hands-on cloud experience to lead a complex federal program focused on AI, AWS cloud services, data management, and enterprise modernization. This senior, customer-facing role is responsible for overall program leadership, delivery excellence, stakeholder engagement, and the performance of all services and activities under the Task Order (TO). You will serve as the primary point of contact for government leadership, provide authoritative guidance across multi-cloud and AI technical domains, and drive successful execution of all contractual requirements.
If you thrive in high-visibility environments, excel at integrating cloud and AI solutions, and are motivated by leading large-scale federal programs, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
HOW A CLOUD PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Oversee initiatives involving Data Warehouse, Business Objects, AWS, and Snowflake technologies
Apply experience with system development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevOps, Kanban, XP, Spiral, and RAD
Utilize expert-level knowledge of big data principles to select and apply efficient data processing hardware, software, and analytical methods
Direct all phases of the program from inception through completion
Be responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs or major subsystems
Participate in contract negotiations and contract modifications
Ensure achievement of all required contractual performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs, OPIs, etc.)
Oversee financial performance to meet program financial metrics
Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and contractual terms and conditions
Act as the primary customer point of contact, leading program review sessions covering cost, schedule, and technical performance
Establish design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for research, development, integration, and testing activities
Establish program milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules
Identify program risks, issues, and challenges and drive solutions such as resource allocation adjustments or contractual modifications
Direct the work of employees assigned to the program across technical and administrative roles
Serve as the senior business leader for the program, determining customer needs, coordinating technical solution responses, shaping acquisitions, and positioning GDIT to deliver best‑in‑class services
Conduct planning and provide recommendations to the client on workload and task execution
Manage risk tracking processes and mitigation activities
Attend customer meetings and serve as the client liaison
Interact with vendors, partner agencies, stakeholders, and client leadership
Coordinate development and ensure timely delivery of all contractual deliverables
