Manager, GTM Systems (RevOps)
Overview:
In this role you lead the end-to-end GTM systems architecture at FinQuery, evolving our HubSpot-based stack from migrated to scaled. You own strategy, governance, and roadmaps for CRM, CPQ, and integrations to support growth in pipeline, forecasting, and deal velocity. You'll partner across RevOps, Sales, and Finance, while managing a small team and contributing hands-on when needed. Your work accelerates revenue and reduces data friction in a fast-growing software company. Responsibilities:
- Own GTM systems architecture end-to-end (HubSpot CRM, CPQ/quoting, integrations)
- Build and maintain a systems roadmap aligned to GTM priorities
- Define data governance standards and ensure lead-to-cash integrity
- Evaluate and consolidate tooling to reduce technical debt
- Translate business requirements into system design and builds
- Manage intake and prioritization for system requests; balance quick fixes vs roadmap
- Lead cross-functional projects (new product launches, comp plan changes)
- Own testing, documentation, and change management for releases
- Develop and manage 1 FTE and 1 contractor; set growth plans
- Establish scalable processes (sprints, backlog, docs)
- Act as escalation point for revenue-critical system issues
- Partner with RevOps, Sales, Finance, Legal on deal velocity and accuracy
- Collaborate with IT/Security on data access and integrations
- Support forecasting and pipeline reporting with RevOps analytics
Key requirements:
- 5+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or GTM Systems 2+ years owning CRM architecture
- Deep HubSpot CRM expertise (object model, workflows, permissions, pipeline)
- Hands-on CPQ experience (DealHub or similar)
- Migration management experience; knowledge of clean data post-migration
- Proven program/project management to deliver on roadmap
- Experience managing people in a systems function
- Strong SQL or equivalent data fluencycross-functional collaborationdata-driven problem solvingprioritization and stakeholder management
