This role is designed for high-performing individuals who excel in consultative sales, relationship management, and team influence.You will serve as the primary point of connection for prospective and existing clients seeking to elevate their health, mobility, and overall wellness. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership position focused on driving membership growth across massage therapy, stretch therapy, personal training, and group coaching services.You will thrive if you are energized by targets, confident in closing sales, and passionate about creating exceptional in-person experiences that convert visitors into long-term members.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Membership Sales Strategy by confidently presenting and closing stretch, massage, and training memberships.Conduct premium studio tours and wellness consultations that convert prospects into committed members.Own the full client sales lifecycle lead generation, follow-up, conversion, onboarding, and retention.Serve as a Keyholder , responsible for opening and closing the studio, securing the facility, and completing all start-of-day and end-of-day operational procedures accurately.Oversee shift transitions, cash-handling standards, and studio presentation to maintain a premium client experience.Mentor and support front desk staff on sales scripts, communication standards, and client engagement best practices.Maintain expert-level knowledge of all services, packages, and promotions.Track leads, conversion metrics, and follow-ups using CRM and scheduling systems.Collaborate with therapists, trainers, and management to optimize client satisfaction and retention.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals.Participate in advanced sales and leadership training.Contribute ideas to improve studio revenue, client flow, and operational efficiency.Ideal Candidate ProfileProven Sales Closer with 2+ years of consultative or membership sales experience (fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury services preferred).Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.Natural leader who can influence team performance without formal authority.Highly organized with exceptional follow-up discipline and attention to detail.Confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence and rapport-building skills.Tech-comfortable with CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and communication software.Passionate about health, fitness, and personal development.Energetic, polished, and professional in appearance and demeanor.RequirementsFull Saturday or Sunday availability non-negotiableFlexibility for evenings and additional weekends as neededAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentReliable transportation and strong punctualityPrior keyholder, shift lead, or supervisory experience preferredAbility to independently open and close the studio, including early morning or evening shiftsWillingness to participate in ongoing training and leadership developmentAbout UsNcognito USA, LLC has been a trusted leader in wellness for over 18 years, empowering clients through massage therapy, assisted stretch, functional training, and holistic health solutions.
