DescriptionTarantino Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant to oversee 800 Towers Apartments from 9:00 am - 6:00pm.Base PLUS Commission.Responsibilities:Conduct property tours to future residents and visitorsUse and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenueBuild relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renewGenerate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through emailProvide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospectsDevelop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current marketRequirementsPrior experience in customer service or sales preferredOneSite experience requiredBasic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communicationSocial media savvy + marketing experience is a plusWhy People Love Working Here:People are at the heart of what we do every day.
