Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Engineer located in the Springfield-Branson, Missouri area. As a Field Engineer, you will perform troubleshooting and technical support to ensure optimal operation of stainless steel systems. Additionally, you will oversee project execution, conduct inspections, manage construction processes, and coordinate with clients and internal teams. This role requires hands-on field service and communication with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Qualifications Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectivelyExperience in field service operations and delivering on-site technical supportKnowledge of project management principles, including planning, coordination, and executionAbility to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environmentFamiliarity with stainless steel construction and manufacturing industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferredWillingness to travel regionally to job sites as required
