This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in Spanish and has a strong work ethic. You will be working with industrial materials such as paper honeycomb, fiberglass, and polyurethane in a hands-on, team-based environment.Position Overview:Full-time, long-term opportunityIndoor warehouse environmentPay based on experienceImmediate openings availableResponsibilities:Operate machinery to assemble composite panels using paper honeycomb, fiberglass, and polyurethane materialsMeasure, cut, and prepare materials according to production specificationsApply resin mixtures (polyol and isocyanate) during panel productionFollow established procedures for thermoforming and composite bondingInspect finished panels for quality and consistencyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors in SpanishFollow all company safety policies and quality standardsQualifications:Spanish fluency required (bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred)Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred (training available)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasksMust be detail-oriented and able to follow technical instructionsMust be dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a teamMust provide verifiable work history and professional referencesSchedule and Compensation:Pay: Based on experience Pay Frequency: Weekly Schedule: Monday Friday, 10:00pm 6:00am Benefits: Simple medical insurance at zero net cost to employees Southern Point Staffing is an equal-opportunity employer.
