Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - PM Shift Seymour, WI (15–20 minutes from Green Bay and Appleton) Pay Range (Including $2.00 DAY Shift Differential) $24.00 – $25.50 per hour (based on experience) Current Openings (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) 40 hours per 2-week pay period (includes every other weekend and holiday) Compassionate care. Connected team. Shared purpose. Position Summary The CNA provides hands-on care to residents, supporting their health, comfort, and daily living needs. Responsibilities include assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, colostomy care, transferring, walking, prosthetic appliances, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises. The CNA observes and reports changes in resident condition, maintains accurate records, and supports the supervising nurse with delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and collecting specimens.
