(Essential)Expert knowledge of maritime regulatory and training requirementsfor technical operations and broad range of ship types / propulsion systems (Essential)Delivery of mentoring, assessment and trainingof maritime professionals (Essential)Excellent communication skillsto enable explanation of complex topics in a clear concise manner (Essential).Proven ability to work remotely and as part of a team.
