Center Director & Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Ascend Autism GroupFarmington, CTFull-timeTotal compensation $85,000-$120,000 annually (base salary + bonuses)Ascend is currently seeking a BCBA Center Director to join our growing team of professionals and lead a center-based program in Farmington, CT.What We OfferTotal Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 annually (base salary + bonuses)401(k) with company match13 days PTO + separate sick time9 paid holidaysHealth, Dental & Vision insuranceCEU/ PDU reimbursement + ongoing professional developmentBCBA Referral Bonus: Up to $2,500 per referralScholarship education assistanceWhat You’ll Be DoingIn general, the Center Director will be responsible for new client evaluation/consultation, behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, on-going case management and ABA Behavior Tech supervision/mentoring.The Center Director will have ultimate responsibility for running the center-based program. In addition, the Center Director will supervise a treatment team of other BCBAs and Behavior Techs.Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop / update treatment plans as necessaryLead, supervise and mentor treatment team, including BCBAs and Behavior Techs / RBTsHold quarterly coaching sessions for treatment team. Prepare and review quarterly performance evaluations of treatment team, including recommendations for advancement or other changes in statusProvide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy with a focus on center-based sessionsPrepare and facilitate on the job staff trainingOversee and maintain accurate and organized patient notes, data and reportsMinimize cancellations of scheduled sessionsTrain family members / guardians on implementing the treatment planParticipate in team meetings and training workshopsBe goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your workFollow the policies and procedures of Ascend Autism GroupAbide by BACB guidelines, rules, and regulationsQualificationsCurrent Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standingActive CT LBAMinimum 1+ year of clinical supervisory experience in ABA or behavioral health servicesDemonstrated experience providing clinical oversight of center-based ABA programsExperience supervising paraprofessionals implementing ABA-based treatment programsExperience working with young children receiving intensive ABA servicesStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong clinical judgment, organizational, and documentation skillsAbility to lead clinical teams while ensuring regulatory and ethical complianceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills related to clinical care deliveryAbility to provide constructive feedback, coaching, and clinical guidanceProficiency with electronic clinical documentation systems and Microsoft Office SuiteHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and accountabilityWhy work at Ascend?At Ascend, we aren’t just providing therapy; we are elevating the standard of care for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
