Customer Success Manager
Batch Freight is looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive customer satisfaction and retention. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from our logistics solutions. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, fostering strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.ResponsibilitiesAct as the main liaison between Batch Freight and our customersOnboard new clients and provide training on our logistics solutionsMonitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns or issuesIdentify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clientsGather feedback from customers to improve products and servicesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsCollaborate with sales and operations teams to enhance customer experienceRequirementsProven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar roleStrong understanding of logistics and transportation industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple client accounts effectivelyProficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteProblem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindsetBachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred
