Appliance Repair Technician

Renah Appliance Service is seeking a dependable and experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing team. The technician will diagnose, repair, and service both residential and commercial appliances throughout New York and New Jersey while providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities-Diagnose and repair residential and commercial appliances including:Refrigerators and freezersWashers and dryersDishwashersOvens, ranges, and cooktopsIce machinesCommercial kitchen equipmentMicrowaves- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical appliance issues- Perform maintenance and repair services efficiently- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations- Complete service calls professionally and on schedule- Maintain accurate work orders and servicerecords- Follow company procedures and safety standards- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle- Provide excellent customer service at all timesRequirements-Experience repairing residential and commercial appliances preferred-Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsEPA certification is a plus-Valid driver’s license-Ability to travel throughout New York and New Jersey-Must have own tools-Ability to work independently-Strong communication and customer service skills-Ability to lift heavy equipment when necessary-Professional appearance and attitudeCompensation & Benefits-Competitive pay based on experience-Full-time position-PTO (Paid Time Off)-Vacation days-Sick days-Access to tech line support-Manufacturer training opportunities-Consistent work opportunities-Supportive team environment-Opportunity for growth within the companySchedule-Monday through Friday-Weekend availability may occasionally be requiredHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume and contact information to apply.We will actively be checking resumes sent to info@renahappliancerepair.com
