Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to support preconstruction efforts on commercial projects. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing bid processes, and supporting projects from concept through award.Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packagesPerform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specificationsSolicit, review, and level subcontractor bidsAnalyze plans to identify scope gaps and risksDevelop budgets and value engineering optionsCollaborate with Project Managers and field teamsMaintain cost data and assist with conceptual estimatingQualifications:3–7+ years of experience in commercial construction estimatingStrong knowledge of construction methods and tradesProficient in Excel, Bluebeam, and estimating software (Sage, OST, etc.)Ability to read and interpret construction documentsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesProject Types: Ground-up and interior commercial projects ($2M–$40M+)
