Lincoln Service Technician

We are looking for a Service Technician with luxury vehicle experience to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background & Ford certified. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsQualifications2+ years of Service Technician experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent.Ford Certifications preferredPrevious experience at a Ford dealership is preferredPrevious experience working with luxury vehicles is preferredB level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine RepairDexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordinationMechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentExcellent customer service skills and basic computer competenciesPositive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improveEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentTeammate with ability to collaborate with others effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsValid driver's license and clean driving record
