Extended Stay - - Responsibilities: Responds to and assists with guest requests with diligent follow-through; Performs preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder; Maintains all records as outlined within the Green Shield Binder; Ensures that fire safety equipment is operational and inspections are current; Maintains organized and clean maintenance area and safeguards all maintenance tool inventory
