We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service with a personal touch.**Responsibilities:**- Maintain TN Cosmetology or Barber license.- Deliver high-quality haircuts while ensuring a positive and engaging experience for clients.- Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating professionalism and warmth in all interactions.- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment by multitasking effectively throughout the day.- Engage with kids and families in a fast-paced setting, providing a caring and patient approach, especially with active young children.- Embrace and embody the Pigtails & Crewcuts experience, focusing on creating a fun and memorable visit for every client.- Exhibit professionalism, honesty, and a positive attitude in all aspects of work. **What we are looking for:**- Valid TN Cosmetology or Barber license required.- Ability to perform high-quality haircuts and provide exceptional customer service.- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to support and collaborate with team members.- Comfortable and patient when working with children and families.- Passionate about delivering an outstanding experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Professional, warm, and honest demeanor with a positive outlook. **Benefits:**- Opportunities for professional development and growth.- Advancement opportunities- A fun and supportive work environment.- Paid time off- Flexible schedule- Employee discount- Great hours (No more late nights!
