Dock Forklift Operator

Job DescriptionOperate a sit down forklift to load and unload materials and move them to and from various warehouse.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesObtains copy of production shipping orders to prepare for shippingLoading and unloading material from trucksMoving goods packed on pallets and moving around the storage facilityStacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructionsChecking loads are secureStacking empty palletsMaintain a clean area within the warehouseInventory Qualification RequirementsForklift: 2 years or more, stand up, and clamp/fork experience Good math, language and reading skillsHigh degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environmentFollow instructions for operating equipment and keeping recordsExecute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe mannerMaintain a clean & safe environmentBILINGUAL a plusNeed responsible and reliable person with ability to prioritize projects and multi-task.
