We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our growing team! If you love connecting with people and managing the leasing process from first visit to move-in, this is the perfect opportunity for you. What You'll Do:Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing questionsPrepare lease packages and ensure all paperwork is accurate and completeUse OneSite and CRM (Knock) to manage leads, follow-ups, and communicationHelp manage community marketing efforts, including:Social media postsBusiness-to-business outreachPlanning resident events with the Property ManagerFollow up with prospects and resident requests in a timely and professional wayProvide top-notch service both in person and over the phoneKeep the office and tour spaces clean, organized, and welcoming• What We're Looking For:Leasing experience preferred, but at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience requiredExperience with CRM (Knock) and OneSite is a plusExcellent multitasking and time management skillsFriendly, professional communication styleA positive, team-oriented attitude with a "get things done" approachMust be available to work Saturdays- we are closed on Sundays!
