Audio Video (AV) Technician

Key ResponsibilitiesConference Room MaintenancePerform regular checks of all conference rooms. Test all AV equipment, including: Hardware power status Remote controls (battery levels) Audio and video functionality Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution. Ensure rooms are well-maintained and presentable. Work with the facilities team for any physical space issues. Monitoring & Issue ResolutionUse monitoring tools to identify and respond to AV issues quickly. Provide on-site support for users facing AV problems. Troubleshoot live meeting/conference issues. User Support & TrainingAssist users with AV setup and troubleshooting. Conduct training sessions covering: Equipment usage Best practices General AV support Ticketing & CoordinationManage and respond to ServiceNow tickets/work requests. Collaborate with the global AV team for system improvements. Act as the primary point of contact for all AV-related needs at the site. Projects & EnhancementsSupport AV-related projects and upgrades. Assist in implementing changes to the AV environment. Required SkillsExperience as an AV Technician / Audio Video Support. Strong troubleshooting skills for: Audio systems Video conferencing tools AV hardware Experience with conference room technologies. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
