Preschool Creative Arts Coordinator - Plano Campus

Coordinates creative arts for large rooms and worship experiences for the Preschool ministry at Prestonwood Baptist Church - Plano Campus ("PBC-PC"). Responsibilities Prepare Preschool large room Sunday worship experiences and special events (décor, lighting, props, tech and media) Ensure Preschool worship experiences reinforce curriculum teaching points Maintain Preschool creative areas Assist as directed in Preschool large rooms Recruit and coordinate volunteers for Preschool creative arts (décor, worship teams) Collaborate with Student Ministry to coordinate and schedule teens to serve Ensure all creative flows are provided to volunteers in a timely manner Ensure volunteer screening processes are followed Assist in writing scripts and flows for Preschool worship experiences as directed Create décor and props as necessary for special events Assist with general oversight of props, sets and costumes Collaborate in creative planning for special events (Adventure Week, Christmas, etc.) Produce and post social media content for Preschool Other duties as assigned
