A Shift Lead

Job Description:We're looking for an individual contributor with recognized skills in a specialized role in the field of Distribution/Transportation.What are we looking for?* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level** Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years)** Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes** Excellent Verbal Communication** Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)** Ability to builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectivesWhat will be your key responsibilities?* You'll use data management systems to access specific information as and when required.** You'll carry out a range of supplier management activities, either to support others or to fulfill the requirements of the role.** You'll deliver required outcomes by coordinating activities of subcontractors and suppliers and acting as a primary point of contact for them while working within an established contract management plan.** You'll help manage clients by carrying out standard activities and providing support to others.** You'll provide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area.
